The first appointment is dedicated to the work of Gerri Lunatici, a compulsive artist who ranges in the different boundaries of artistic technique, in this appointment he will present an artistic project that stems from the idea of linking music to visual art, through different points of view and protagonists: through his illustrations and works dedicated to artists protagonists of the Jazz scene , hence the title “Kind of Blue” from the iconic Miles Davis record of 1959.

Bio

Gerardo Lunatici, class of 1961, Tuscan by birth, Emilian by adoption, lives in the hills of the Parma Apennines, in Lesignano de’ Bagni A graduate in Philosophy and History of Art, he teaches Italian and History in a high school in Parma, but has always devoted himself also to the activity of painter and illustrator. In the course of his activity he has held solo exhibitions of oils and drawings in Parma, Ferrara, Trieste, Florence, Bologna, Rome and Cortina, and participated in numerous drawing festivals in Italy and abroad.
